1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ONEMAN NETWORK LIMITED ("Oneman Network," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Services Provided

ONEMAN NETWORK LIMITED provides:

  • Virtual Private Server (VPS) hosting services
  • Cloud infrastructure and computing resources
  • Network connectivity and bandwidth allocation
  • Technical support and customer assistance
  • Server management tools and control panel access

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use our services for:

  • Any illegal activities or content that violates applicable laws
  • Spamming, phishing, or malicious email distribution
  • Copyright infringement, piracy, or unauthorized content distribution
  • Hosting or distributing malware, viruses, or harmful software
  • DDoS attacks, port scanning, or network disruption
  • Adult content, gambling, or illegal materials
  • Cryptocurrency mining without prior authorization
  • Resource abuse that negatively impacts other users
  • Proxy or VPN services without express permission

4. Payment Terms

  • All services must be paid in advance of the billing period
  • Payment is accepted via credit card, PayPal, Alipay, and cryptocurrency
  • Billing cycles include: monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, and annually
  • Refund policy: 3-day money-back guarantee on initial VPS purchases only (payment gateway fees will be deducted from refunds)
  • Late payments may result in service suspension or termination
  • All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified
  • We reserve the right to adjust prices with 30 days notice

5. Service Level Agreement

We commit to maintaining 99.9% network uptime. This SLA does not cover:

  • Scheduled maintenance (with 24-hour advance notice)
  • Emergency maintenance for security or critical updates
  • Force majeure events beyond our reasonable control
  • Issues caused by customer actions or misconfigurations
  • Third-party service or network provider outages

6. Data Backup & Responsibility

Important: You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your data. While we may offer backup services as add-ons:

  • ONEMAN NETWORK LIMITED is NOT liable for any data loss
  • Backups are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed
  • Data retention after account termination: 7 days maximum
  • After termination, all data will be permanently deleted

7. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach. You are liable for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not authorized by you.

8. Service Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately for:

  • Violation of these Terms of Service
  • Non-payment or payment disputes/chargebacks
  • Illegal activities or verified abuse complaints
  • Excessive resource usage affecting infrastructure
  • Security compromises or fraudulent activity

No refunds will be issued for services terminated due to Terms of Service violations.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: ONEMAN NETWORK LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses. Our total liability is strictly limited to the amount you paid for services in the past 12 months.

10. Technical Support

  • 24/7 technical support via ticket system
  • Support covers service-related issues only
  • We do not provide application-level support or custom development
  • Response times: Critical issues within 1 hour, general inquiries within 24 hours
  • Support provided in English

11. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property related to ONEMAN NETWORK LIMITED services remain our exclusive property. You retain all rights to your data and content hosted on our services.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of modified Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
